Last week Phoenix Forge had the pleasure of hosting the Champions of Maricopa Luncheon in our collaboration area to honor state legislator’s who have worked tirelessly to pass legislation for the Maricopa County Community College District to offer Bachelor’s degrees to students. This is a great opportunity that paves the way for the future for more people to learn and create in our community.
Thank you to all who were in attendance including Senator Paul Boyer (LD20), Representative Steve Kaiser (LD15), Senator Rebecca Rios (LD27), Senator Rick Gray (LD21), Representative Aaron Lieberman (LD28), Dr. Linda Thor, MCCCD Governing Board Member, and Susan Bitter Smith, MCCCD Governing Board Member.
